Support / A clear route to help

A useful answer starts with the right context.

Whether you are in an active engagement or need help finding a project document, tell us what you are trying to resolve and we will route your request to the right person.

Email support@strataforgeapi.com or use the request form below. For general project discussions, our contact page is the right place to start.

How can we help?

Choose a starting point.

01 / SUPPORT

Delivery Engagements

Questions about an active project, delivery plan, working session, or handover. Your engagement lead is the fastest route for work already in progress.

02 / SUPPORT

Technical Documentation

Request access to a deliverable, ask about an API specification, or flag documentation that no longer reflects a system.

03 / SUPPORT

Security Reviews

Coordinate an architecture review, share a security questionnaire, or discuss the right evidence for a planned assessment. Please do not send credentials or sensitive production data.

04 / SUPPORT

Billing & Administration

Get help with statements of work, invoices, purchase orders, vendor setup, or contact changes.

05 / SUPPORT

Incident Escalation

For managed-service clients, use the escalation route documented in your service runbook. Include affected service, time observed, impact, and a safe point of contact.

What to expect

Requests sent to support@strataforgeapi.com are reviewed on business days. We aim to acknowledge general requests within one business day and share an owner or next step. Complex requests may need additional context before we can estimate a resolution.

Managed service escalation

Production incident escalation is available only to active managed-service clients. Your signed service agreement and runbook define coverage hours, severity levels, and the escalation route.

Security note: Do not include passwords, access tokens, personal records, or confidential production payloads in a support request. We will arrange an approved channel if sensitive diagnostic material is needed.
