Legal / Terms
Clear terms for using this site.
These terms cover access to and use of the Strataforge API Works website and its general information.
Effective date: October 18, 2026
These Website Terms (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Strataforge API Works website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Services are governed by a separate, signed statement of work or service agreement; that agreement controls the services and its terms prevail over these Terms if they conflict.
Website information and availability
Site content is provided for general business information and discussion. It is not legal, regulatory, security, or other professional advice tailored to your organization. We take reasonable care with published information but do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from error. We may change, suspend, or remove site content or functions at any time.
Your responsibilities
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, scrape the site in a disruptive manner, or use site content to infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping sensitive credentials out of general contact forms.
Submissions and communications
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship and does not obligate either party to enter a services agreement. Do not submit confidential material unless a separate agreement and approved channel are in place. You authorize us to use submitted information to review and respond to the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, visual design, diagrams, marks, and other original material are owned by Strataforge API Works or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable copies for internal, non-commercial evaluation if you retain notices and do not alter the material. No broader license is granted by these Terms. Client deliverables, client materials, and any licensed third-party tools are governed by the applicable written agreement and their respective license terms.
Third-party links and services
Links to third-party websites or services are provided as a convenience. Strataforge does not control their content, availability, or practices and is not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Strataforge disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent such warranties can legally be disclaimed. This section does not limit warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strataforge API Works and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use this website. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the site or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify Strataforge for its own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any dispute concerning these website terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, subject to applicable law. We may update the Terms by publishing a revised version here; continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
